Company GEO INSTITUTAS was created as innovative company translating laws of nature, i.e. achievements in physics, chemistry of steels, fluid mechanics into engineering solutions. Our main task to ensure that comparably simply systems, which completely obey known and new principles, work perfectly for comparably long time. We mainly use superior steel alloys produced in German and Swedish foundries, which base on quality over quantity  strategy.

Our task is durability versus complexity. More complex is not always better, but it causes a lot of troubles during the long run of the mechanisms and machines. Using long known and in most cases forgotten features, such as  right chemical compositions of different parts, heat treatment procedure of vital welded components, tremendously extend the life of all parts. The mechanism is strong and durable only as long as strong and durable is the weakest part.

In the world today the limited durability product tendency is observed. Most producers are trying only to make turnover selling products, which require frequent changing of spare parts in order to increase profits by earning threefold from these spare parts. OUR MAIN TASK IS TO CHANGE THAT. The strategy is to sell products, which require changing spare parts 2-3 times less frequently than usually.

Products are produced and assembled in European Union under the strong technological supervision. The algorithm of production is extremely important for us, since changing of algorithm modify physical properties of parts and subsequently of the entire system.
